KLAPSTOEL ACCELERATOR PROGRAM
We work with organizations that are leaders in gender equity and want to train their Young Female Talents in career strategy, conflict management, and the impact of parenthood on one's career. We do that by connecting them to our Klapstoel Seniors to get career advice and consult the organization on building a mindset and culture around gender equity.
THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF
We offer a cross-company training program to develop your Young Female Talents professionally and we assess, consult, train and certify your organization in leading the gender equity movement.
We all benefit from closing the gender career gap. Diverse and inclusive organizations are proven to be more innovative, productive, perform better and drive economic growth. So, keeping your Young Female Talents in your talent pipeline is not only good for them but also beneficial to you. That is why we promote gender equity and build a community of women that are the drivers of change in the organization we work in and lead.
