We work with organizations that are leaders in gender equity and want to train their Young Female Talents in career strategy, conflict management, and the impact of parenthood on one's career. We do that by connecting them to our Klapstoel Seniors to get career advice and consult the organization on building a mindset and culture around gender equity.

THE KLAPSTOEL PROGRAM

We offer a cross company training program to develop your Young Female Talent  professionally and  we assess, consult and train your organization in leading the gender equity movement. KLAPSTOEL ACADEMY                                          GENDER EQUITY TRAINING

  • 15 Young Female Talent from different companies

  • United in one module-based 20 week program

  • The modules focus on critical moments in a woman's career

  • Training for the whole company on gender equity

  • Modules raise awareness about unconscious biases and behaviors, and give concrete advice on what to do about gender differences at the workplace.
